The famous tune of the ‘Imperial March’ blared throughout Max’s hotel room for the umpteenth time from his cell phone. Midomon, sprawled out across the bottom half of the large, king-size bed, covered his head with a pillow to block out the incessant tune, which by now he had memorized and disdained. Stirring, Max reached an arm over to the end table to retrieve his phone, finding various text and voice messages from Trask and Phoebe about the events that took place the night before at Square City’s newest, now completely destroyed, club Meridian. Shell shocked

“We were in the Digital World for about five days, but we were only gone for four hours?” Trask enquired.
“How is that possible?” Duke asked.

Matt and Takeshi were astounded by the new Digimon; the blue penguin Tulamon, the purple griffin Griffmon, and the impish Vedamon. After introductions, and a quick order-in of Chinese food, Phoebe and Trask relayed to Matt and Takeshi the adventures they had in the Digital World; the vast amount of Digimon in different shapes and sizes. They were amazed to hear that Digimon had developed towns and villages and even different cultures.

"How long have we been here?" Trask asked, the thought randomly occurred to him.
"Uh…What, four, five days?" Alex looked at Maya for confirmation.
"Five days." Maya nodded.
"I'm gonna have a lot of explaining to do to my boss when we get back." Phoebe sighed.

"How much forest does this place have?" Max asked in frustration. The team had once again found themselves in yet another forest area of the Digital World. A faint mist shrouded their feet as they walked and a slight cool breeze passed by them every now and then.

The Ghost of Christmas Past

"There is much weakness in their little group." A specter Digimon watched Lilithmon pace the marble floors of the main hall of her castle. His voice was eerie and he spoke slowly. His ghastly skin was a faded greenish grey color with splotches of dark marks littering his skin. He had horns on his head as well as protrusions on his elbows. On his arms were chains and his hands coated in a fresh, tar-like substance that constantly dripped and stained whatever it came into contact with.
